The Meucci BMC Casino 3 begins with an ebony-colored Power Piston sleeve inlaid with 4 authentic blue Paua Shell points framed in white. In between these 4 points are four 5-inch long lines of blue Paua Shell encased in white lines. Each line ends in one of the 4 suites. Each Paua Shell heart, spade, diamond, and club has a white frame.

The butt sleeve consists of a 4-card royal flush in spades over a 48-piece blue Paua Shell sleeve trimmed with white on either side. Above and below this card sleeve are 6 Blue Paua Shell dice with white numbering bordered on either side by 24 1/32 x1/16 silver rectangles. All is set in a white background. The dice are surrounded by imitation ivory. The 5-inch lines on the forearm butt up against 24 silver 1/16x1/32 rectangles just above the wrap surrounded in black. The joint consists of 6 blue Paua Shell casino-type dice with white numbers bordered on either side by 24 1/16x1/32 silver rectangles all set in a black field. This design is repeated again in the shaft collar.

What is Meucci's warranty policy?
Meucci Originals manufactures a very fine hardwood cue. The key to this statement is "hardwood," not steel, plastic, or some composite material like graphite or fiberglass. Therefore, it is important to follow one very important rule when dealing with an organic material such as hardwood; "If you are comfortable in the atmosphere you store your cue, then your cue will be comfortable." In other words, around 72 degrees and 50% relative humidity. You would not be comfortable in a 130 degree or -20 degree car trunk or rear seat of a car with a relative humidity as much as 99%. Keeping this in mind, as well as the fact that cues are made to be struck on the leather tip or the rubber bumper, our policy is as follows: If a cue is returned to us within one year of purchase and it has no dings or dents in either the shaft or the butt (when held up to the light) and none of the fittings (wood or others) are swelled from heat, cold or moisture abuse, we will generally repair or replace the cue for defects in material or workmanship at no charge if received in like new condition.
If the cue is broken in half, it has obviously been struck from the side, either by being thrown down; slammed against the table when breaking the balls or held behind the neck while stretching which causes undue side pressure. In some rare cases, a cue is even broken over someone's head in a fight.

This warranty covers issues that affect the performance or structural integrity of the Products due to manufacturing defects. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the Products, with proof of purchase, and is non-transferable.
Exclusions:
Meucci cues and shafts are hand-crafted from wood and other organic materials and are subject to aesthetic variations in stain colors, wood grains, etc., and these cosmetic variations are not considered defects but are part of the Product's character. Additionally, the following situations are not covered by the warranty:
Warpage on wood Products
Defects caused by normal wear and tear of the Products, including normal wear on replaceable items such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, & bumper
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, accidents, or extreme events (e.g. flood, fire, etc.)
Modifications or alterations made to the Products by anyone other than Meucci Cues without the express written consent of Meucci Cues
Products that have been exposed to extreme temperature or humidity conditions
Products purchased from unauthorized dealers or sources
