This JFlowers Valen Flow JF20‑29F takes the brand’s signature mix of custom‑style design and player‑driven performance in an elegant yet aggressive direction. The black‑painted maple butt carries a continuous band of spear‑and‑diamond points with teal outer leaves, hairline black veneers, and white diamond caps, while each center spear features a vertical abalone inlay that throws color as you move around the table. Ivory Juma diamonds with aluminum accents finish the geometry at the joints and butt sleeve for a look that feels very much like a boutique JFlowers build.

For feel, the elephant‑ear grain leather wrap adds the kind of textured yet composed grip JFlowers cues are known for, staying comfortable through long sets. JFlowers has a 1-year warranty of normal use on the cues priced under $500 and 2 years on the rest. There is a 5 year warranty on the leather cue cases and 1 year on the other models (straps and where they connect to the case do not fall under warranty terms). JFlowers does provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Any initial manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the product. All other defects must be reported as soon as they are discovered. North American customers will return the product to our North American distribution center, International customers will return the product to our International distribution center.

REPAIR AND WARRANTY RETURNS

Your JFlowers product is warranted for life against any manufacturer defect that does not include warpage, abuse, or normal wear on replaceable items such as the tip, ferrule, finish, wrap, and bumper. JFlowers will decide, solely at its discretion, which repairs will be made under the Limited Lifetime Warranty
