Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. All items returned that were marked as or shipped as FREE SHIPPING* at the time of purchase will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Items being returned for exchange will not be charged a restock fee but will be charged an additional shipping charge when items are reshipped. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special order merchandise and custom orders are not returnable and are not able to be cancelled or changed once ordered. Any delivery and/or installation charges are not refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We offer free shipping on most items that can be sent common carrier for any order over $99.99 within the continental USA. Any order under $99.99 will be charged one flat shipping fee of $9.95. Orders will be sent at our discretion via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, UPS Ground and Fed Ex Ground unless otherwise noted. You may pay for expedited shipping during checkout.
Most orders can upgraded to a faster shipping service for an additional fee at the time of checkout. Customers may choose 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air service from UPS as well as Priority Mail service from the USPS at an additional cost. UPS services are guaranteed to arrive in time, so if you are on a deadline to receive something, please choose accordingly. Our Standard FREE SHIPPING and Flat Rate Shipping is generally USPS First Class, USPS Ground Advantage, Fed Ex Ground or UPS Ground and chosen at our discretion. The transit times with these services can vary depending on your location and distance from our shipping warehouse. GebhardtsBowling.com uses a network of warehouses around the United States to ship our products promptly with the least amount of days in transit possible. Transit time for our FREE Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping can vary from 1-7 business days. Please note that UPS does not deliver to all areas on Saturdays and the weekend does not count as a transit day. Also, USPS services such as Priority Mail, Ground Advantage and First Class Mail are not guaranteed to arrive on time as noted and all delivery dates given by them are just an estimate. If you need an order quickly and to guarantee it arrives on time, we encourage using UPS 1 or 2 Day Air Options.
Please verify your shipping address. If a shipping address is entered incorrect and the shipment is returned to us or comes back as needing correction, you will be accessed the shipping fee and/or address correction fee.
Large and heavy items such as pool tables, game tables, and furniture that can not be shipped via common carrier will be delivered by Gebhardts own team to your home. We feel that this is necessary because many other companies will require the customer to be responsible for shipment of the item which includes unloading from a tractor trailer, inspecting the item for damage, and installing a product that can be heavy and difficult to assemble without experience. We feel our full-time, professional installers are a necessary part of ensuring your 100% satisfaction with your purchase.
We will contact you to set up a delivery date as soon as your order is completed and ready for delivery. While we try and have a large inventory of products available at all times, most of our orders pool table, shuffleboard, game tables and furniture orders are considered special orders and require varying lead time. If you need an item by a certain deadline, please contact us before placing your order and let us know and we will try and accommodate any requests. At this time Gebhardts will not ship any large items that can not be shipped via common carrier outside of our designated delivery area which is within a 100 mile radius of either our Allentown or Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania locations.
Order Handling & Tracking Information
The day a package is shipped is not consider a shipping day. Thus is you select 2nd Day Air (order submitted before 2 P.M. EST) and the order is placed on Monday, the package would not be received until Wednesday. Tracking numbers will be supplied within 24hrs. of order processing. Orders placed after 2PM EST on a Friday may not receive tracking information until the following Monday evening. On most orders placed by 2PM EST Monday through Friday we will ship the order out that same day, any order placed after 2PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Some items require additional handling time and are stated on the product page.
Stolen Packages or Mis-Placed Packages
Gebhardts.com ships all orders with tracking numbers so delivery date and time can be tracked once the item is shipped. Once a package is shown in tracking as Delivered, Gebhardts.com is not responsible in any way for the package. If the package can not be found at that point, it's up to the buyer to find the package. If you are unsure about shipping to your home, consider shipping the item to a business or an address that you know someone will be home to accept the package.
- Have you asked family members if they brought it in and put it somewhere?
- Have you asked your neighbors if they have picked it up to keep it safe?
- Have you asked your mail carrier (if the shipper is USPS) when they delivered it and where they put it?
- Have you spoken with the postmaster or the local UPS, FedEx, whoever shipped it if they can help you find it?
In Store Pick Up
If you would like to pick up your order at any of our retail locations please select in store pickup and let us know what location you would like to pick up the order at. We will contact you once the order is ready for pickup at your desired location.
