Valhalla VA-JMP2C Jump Cue
The Valhalla VA-JMP2C is a dedicated carbon fiber jump cue designed by the engineers at Viking. It's built for one job: lifting the cue ball cleanly over a blocking ball and landing it where you want. It's a smart addition to any case when you need a reliable answer to tough hooks without paying premium carbon prices.
Lightweight and Easy to Control
At just 9 oz., the VA-JMP2C is light enough for quick, compact jump strokes. The ergonomic engineered maple butt has a short 13" handle that keeps the cue easy to grip and maneuver, even on shots where you have to stand over the ball.
Carbon Fiber Shaft
The 29" carbon fiber shaft is 13mm with a strong taper for the stiffness a good jump shot needs. Carbon fiber is durable and warp resistant, so it delivers the same crisp response shot after shot.
Built for Clean Jumps
A 3mm high impact resin ferrule and a premium extra hard tip give firm, solid contact with the cue ball. That sharp energy transfer helps you get the cue ball airborne with control instead of just force.
Modern Carbon Style
3k carbon graphics and a gloss finish give the VA-JMP2C a sleek, high-tech look. A stainless steel pin and 5/16 x 18 joint keep the two pieces securely connected, and a rubber bumper protects the butt.
Lifetime Warranty
Like every Valhalla cue, the VA-JMP2C carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including warpage. It ships with a nylon protective sleeve and joint protector set.

FAQ
What is the Valhalla VA-JMP2C?
The VA-JMP2C is a 2-piece carbon fiber jump cue from Valhalla, a line designed by the engineers at Viking Cue. It's built for jump shots.
How much does it weigh?
It weighs 9 oz. Jump cues are much lighter than playing cues, which helps you make the quick, compact stroke a jump shot needs.
What size is the shaft and tip?
The carbon fiber shaft is 13mm and 29" long, with a 13mm premium extra hard tip.
Why does a jump cue have an extra hard tip?
A hard tip transfers energy quickly and gives a crisp hit, which helps lift the cue ball off the cloth cleanly. It also holds its shape under repeated jump shots.
Why carbon fiber for a jump cue?
Carbon fiber is stiff, durable and warp resistant. That stiffness gives a firm, consistent response that works well for jumping.
How long is the handle?
The ergonomic engineered maple butt has a 13" handle, which keeps the cue short and easy to control.
Can I use it to break?
No. The VA-JMP2C is a dedicated jump cue. If you want one cue for breaking and jumping, look at the Valhalla VA-BRKC 3-piece break/jump cue.
What joint does it use?
It uses a 5/16 x 18 joint with a stainless steel pin. Viking notes that some aftermarket products from other brands may not fit Valhalla cues.
Does it have a wrap?
No. The ergonomic engineered maple butt is wrapless.
What comes with it?
It comes with a nylon protective sleeve and a joint protector set.
What warranty does it have?
Every Valhalla cue has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, including warpage.
Are jump cues legal?
Jump cues are allowed in many leagues and rooms, but rules vary. Check your league or tournament rules before using one in competition.
